Wilkes-Barre Academy promotes well-rounded learning for students through its supports of the arts. Every year, students in kindergarten through eighth grade participate in a Winter Follies. Every student must practice singing, dancing, and acting while learning about the arts.
- Drama is even taught as a separate subject in Middle School
- Field trips to the Scranton Cultural Center to learn from professional actors and Broadway dancers round out the curriculum
Practices culminate in five shows presented on a professional stage with full costumes, sounds, and lights.
